make you a better swimmer.
We have tiered programs designed to help you progress from a beginner to a master. Here are our programs listed in order of difficulty from easiest to hardest.
will learn the basics of swimming including floating and putting their face in
the water and blowing bubbles. Swimmers
will also learn how to enter and exit the pool safety.
Swimmers will learn how to do the streamline kick to 5 metres and the fundamentals
of freestyle swimming & the backstroke with and without a kickboard.
will learn how to become more efficient with their freestyle and backstroke
swimming. They will do various drills
with and without a kickboard to 12 metres.
Sharks will also learn some basic diving skills.
– Swimmers will continue to work on their freestyle and backstroke
technique. Swimmers will be aiming to
swim 25m of freestyle and backstroke independently and without stopping. Swimmers will learn how to dive from both a
seated & kneeling position.
